  The staff do absolutely nothing when kids are standing up screaming and jumping infront of the screen, recording on their phones with the lights on, had an absolutely awful time here last night. After complaining they still did absolutely nothing to try and stop it from happening again. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and I only go about twice a year. Definitely won’t be returning, I’ve never had such a stressful experience in a cinema

  Grimy, outdated interior. Staff are slow, lazy and unhelpful. Overpriced (but what cinema isn’t!). Won’t be returning.

  The staff are so lovely here, really friendly chatty and helpful. The front of house area is very clean and well organised. I had an issue with the car park only offering 1 hour or an entire day with nothing in between but the gentleman issued me with a pass to cover me so I didn't get a ticket. The lady who checked my ticket was really nice and said how good the film was that we were going to watch (Michael, and she wasn't wrong it was fab) The actual cinema itself though is really very dated, the chairs aren't overly comfortable, theres an ancient looking artexed swirly ceiling and you get noise and lights coming in from the corridor outside which all combine to give the feeling of sitting in your grans front room in the early 1980s. Odeon really need to look at giving this cinema a revamp. Staff 11/10 Cinema itself 5/10.
